James “Jim” Musgrave, founder of Musgrave Financial Solutions, is a Financial Advisor with over 28 years of experience in the financial industry. He helps people within eight years of retirement avoid making costly mistakes and maintain their standard of living in retirement. Jim strives to make recommendations that are in his clients' best interest, no matter the situation.

He is passionate about financial education and is the Baltimore/Washington corridor chapter president of the Society for Financial Awareness (SOFA), whose mission is to eliminate financial illiteracy one community at a time. As an advisor who specializes in planning, Robin helps clients understand their current financial situation and articulate their goals, and then creates a roadmap to get there. She has previous experience in financial planning from both UBS Financial Services and Morgan Stanley. In addition, she was a small business owner for several years and, as a result, understands the unique challenges that come with owning your own business. She is a strong advocate of financial literacy and education, with a background in helping teachers, members of the military, and government employees understand their pensions and their financial potential through the planning process. Robin helps clients with income replacement strategies during retirement, legacy planning, risk management, and goal setting.  

Although a Kansas City native, Robin has made her home in Montgomery County with her husband Adam, an active-duty service member, and their four kids. Outside of the office, Robin is often on the athletic field, where she coaches field hockey at a local high school.

Vincent (Vince) Natali’s primary job as client service and operations manager is to ensure our clients have a positive experience. Vince is responsible for setting up new accounts, tracking all incoming transfers, processing distributions and overseeing back-office operations. 

Vince has worked in the financial industry for 7 years. Prior to joining Musgrave Financial Solutions in 2022, he worked as a service manager at Research Financial Strategies and Morgan Stanley supporting clients and the firm’s daily operations.

Vince grew up in Rockville, Maryland, and attended St. John’s College High School in Washington, D.C., before graduating from The University of Alabama in 2015 with a degree in criminal justice. He enjoys spending time with wife, Ana, family and friends, as well as participating in action sports and outdoor activities.
